We are looking for a Chef Manager to lead one of our teams in South Auckland.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll manage catering operations alongside cleaning and laundry services, ensuring exceptional service delivery and compliance.

You'll be responsible for team development, client relationships, and driving commercial success while bringing Compass Group's values to life.

This is a Permanent Full Time Position.

Lead and manage a diverse team, fostering collaboration, performance, and development.

Oversee food preparation, presentation, and menu planning to meet client expectations.

Manage budgets, stock control, and food costs to ensure commercial efficiency.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, food safety, and environmental standards.

Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for service growth and retention.

Proven experience in a similar operational leadership role within the hospitality or services industry.

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and drive performance.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across diverse teams and clients.

In-depth understanding of food hygiene, health & safety, and workplace regulations.

Computer literate and confident using systems to manage operations and reporting.
