Our menus are created with sustainable, whole‑cycle cooking, fermenting, pickling, smoking, drying and preparing everything in‑house. As a seven‑day-a‑week eatery, we foster friendships with a diverse range of talented people and partner with local suppliers who share our values, as we hold B‑Corp accreditation.
Role Overview
The Sous Chef will work alongside the Head Chef and Eatery Manager, running the Westmoreland Street kitchen day‑to‑day. You will lead the team in a fair and professional manner, nurturing established relationships within the team and the community.
