To liaise with all other staff and also to dosplit shifts.
Responsible for the smooth running of thepractice on a daily basis and ensure cover at all times.16) Scanning and read coding hospital post17) Summarising patients records using theappropriate policy18) Ensuring a correct record of solicitorsrequests for photocopies is kept and the correct fee is recovered.19) Ensuring all medical records are tagged andkept in chronological order (10 medical records tagged on a weekly basis).20) Ensuring all tasks delegated by the PracticeManager or GP are completed appropriately in the best possible manner iecytology recall etc.21) Safeguarding Take responsibility ofidentifying and reporting anything in relation to this.
