At Busy Bees Te Kauwhata, we value every child and see them as unique and a special taonga. Our ideal candidate will have :

• Huge reserves of enthusiasm and energy
• Competency in planning, curriculum and regular and emergent reviews
• A personality that builds and develops strong relationships with staff and parents / whānau
• An ECE or Primary teacher qualification and registration as an ECE teacher in New Zealand
• A nurturing, caring disposition, and passion for supporting young children to thrive
