Join our Kelly Group NZ team as a part-time Programme Coordinator at Northland School, Wellington. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in coordinating and delivering high-quality programmes for children in an outside school hours care environment.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate and oversee the before-care (7 : 30am-8 : 30am), after-care (2 : 30pm-6pm) and holiday (7 : 30am-6pm rostered hours) programme (minimum of 22.5 hours a week onsite)
• Liaise with parents, school staff and your manager to ensure the programme meets the needs of all children
• Complete out of programme organisational tasks weekly (additional 7 hours a week)
• Develop your leadership skills while supervising and supporting a team
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
