About The Opportunity
The Sales and Logistics Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the mission to repurpose corporate assets for community good.
This position ensures the smooth coordination between sales activities and freight logistics, allowing the organisation's redirection services to operate with excellence and purpose.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, some of your key responsibilities will include :
Coordinate daily pickups and deliveries based on sales priorities and freight schedules
Assign jobs to freight team members and monitor progress to ensure timely execution
Maintain health and safety compliance and vehicle servicing documentation
Liaise with drivers, depot staff, and freight partners to ensure high service standards
Assist with quoting, customer communication, and proposal development
Ensure accurate CRM record keeping and smooth flow of information across teams
Support the onboarding of new destination partners and manage client expectations
Maintain tracking systems and impact data for freight and redirection activities
Build and nurture relationships with commercial and community partners
About You
The successful candidate will have :
3+ years' experience in coordination, administration, or customer service
Background in freight, logistics, or sales support is highly desirable
Full NZ Driver's Licence (Forklift or Class 2 Licence advantageous)
Confidence working with CRMs, Google Workspace, or freight platforms
You will also have :
Strong organisational and time management skills
Confident communication skills and the ability to liaise with clients and internal teams
Strong multitasking ability with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
A passion for sustainability and social impact initiatives
