Are you a hands-on leader ready to drive operational excellence in Cromwell? We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to take charge of our Cromwell branch, leading daily operations and ensuring safe, efficient workflows. This is a practical leadership role where you’ll balance people management with being out on the floor when needed. Days and hours : Monday – Friday, 6am – 4pm (45hr week).

What will you bring?
Ōu Pūkenga? You’re a proven people leader with a strong background in freight, transport, or warehousing. You thrive in fast-paced environments, make confident decisions, and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves when required. A forklift licence is essential and holding a Class 4 or 5 truck licence will give you an advantage.
