Job Description Summary
SCOPE OF ROLE
Proactively manage the facilities to ensure that the facilities provide a great customer experience. The role will involve self-delivery (handyman services) as well as managing subcontractors and engaging with our clients.

JOB PURPOSE
Proactively co-ordinate and manage the provision of facilities service delivery to the Auckland Airport FM Contract.
Effectively meet client and Cushman & Wakefield expectations regarding service delivery, customer experience, job performance, price and quality. Ensure customer satisfaction through a culture of total ownership within the delivery team.
Job Description
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Achievement of AIA operational objectives for the CW AIA FM team
Managing relationships with AIA Properties team and their clients
Manage safety of self-delivery / contractor works by ensuring client Permit To Work process is followed and works are done safely and professionally.
Monitor and oversee in and out of scope tasks and events.
Audits of random tasks as required including monthly HSE & QA spot checks
Proactive inspections to detect and resolve issues impacting car park operations, health and safety and customer experience.
Self-delivery of simple repairs (handyman services) or manage subcontractors for overflow or larger repair works.
Develop, review and approve quotes for submission to the client in an efficient manner
Undertake initial investigations of issues or incidents that arise on site.
Co-ordinate in conjunction with the CSC Support the effective dispatch and close out of reactive work requests in accordance with KPI's
Co-ordinate in conjunction with the Scheduled Maintenance and Asset Coordinator effective dispatch and close out of scheduled, compliance, BWOF and asset data requirements in accordance with the contract KPI's and operational requirements.
Effective use of the mobility solution in the field by trade's staff especially in association with job status, asset information and condition ratings.
BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
A minimum of five years working in a Trade / Property / FM background, a minimum of five years' experience in a commercial maintenance environment.
QUALIFICATIONS & TECHNICAL SKILLS
Trade qualification and registration in either HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry or similar trade an advantage but not essential.
Trade maintenance or commercial installation experience
Minimum of ten years' experience within the maintenance or commercial installation industry
Minimum of five years' experience managing a service or subcontractors
Ability to communicate and develop relationships
Ability to review all pricing / quoting both technically and financially
Understanding Quality Assurance Procedures
Understanding Health & Safety legislative requirements
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Planning ability
Computer skills – word and excel
Ability to use a tablet and smart phone
