The role is based in the production service working with the Production Supervisorand Senior Technician to provide a safe, effective and efficient productionservice.
This role will allow you togrow your specialist knowledge whilst supporting others in their learningjourney.

We are looking for an enthusiastic pharmacist with a good work ethic, enjoysworking as part of a team, has excellent interpersonal skills and a strongdesire to learn.
Production experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Oversight ofdispensing and preparation of cytotoxic and sterile products through theproduction unit
Liaison withclinicians, patients and commercial providers to ensure an efficient, effectiveand safe service
Ensuring productionpractices are in keeping with all applicable legislation including New ZealandPharmacy Standards and GMP
Supervision,training and support of technicians, interns and students
Participationin the on-call service as required
Involvementin interdisciplinary education
About You
We are seeking a qualified Pharmacistwho is NZ registered or with the ability to obtain a New Zealand AnnualPracticing Certificate, as well as demonstrating these skills / experiences :
Experience ina pharmacy production environment is preferred but not essential
Goodcommunication skills and ability build strong working relationships
Competency with te ao Maori, tikanga, and te reoMaori or a commitment to starting your journey and taking ownership of yourlearning and growth
Adaptable tochanging team environments
Candemonstrate a positive learning mindset
