About the Role

You'll represent Ford, one of New Zealand's most trusted and iconic automotive brands.

This role includes rostered weekend work and offers a balance of autonomy, team support, and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sell new and used Ford vehicles

Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first enquiry to post-sale follow-up

Build and manage your customer base through referrals and repeat business

Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs

Maintain accurate CRM notes and lead management

Ensure the showroom and vehicle displays reflect the Ford brand standard

What You'll Bring

Previous sales or customer-facing experience (automotive preferred but not essential)

A positive, energetic, people-first approach

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Confidence using CRM systems and following structured sales processes

A current NZ driver's licence
