What You’ll Be Doing?

As a Domestic Technician, you\'ll be the first point of care for our motorhomes and campervans once they return from a customer journey. Your primary purpose will be to complete minor repairs and ensure vehicles meet Travvia’s high presentation and safety standards.

You\'ll play a vital role in maintaining the customer experience, ensuring our travellers begin and end their adventures with confidence and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform minor domestic repairs and maintenance on returned vehicles
• Ensure all work is completed to Travvia’s compliance and quality standards
• Maintain accurate records of completed work
• Assist with operational support across the branch
• Support mechanics where required
• Respond professionally to customer questions or concerns during drop-off
• Escalate unresolved issues or vehicle concerns to management
• Uphold a clean, safe, and well-organised work environment
• Comply with health and safety regulations at all times
