About the role
We are looking for a forward-thinking teacher who challenges themselves, and is able to provide an innovative, culturally responsive learning environment that encourages and supports diverse learners.
Knowledge in Structured Literacy and experience working in a collaborative teaching environment will be necessary.
We are looking for someone with outdoor education experience and the ability to lead and run camps.
We seek someone with a strength in building relationships and strong behaviour management skills and the knowledge of use of Te Reo and Tikaka in the daily classroom programme.
You'll have an understanding of Te Ao Maori and enact the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
Teamwork and collegiality will go hand in hand with an engaging and positive outlook.
This is a permanent position in the Y4-6 Syndicate of the school and you will need experience teaching this level.
