About the roleWe are seeking an Accounts Administrator to join our Commercial Team, based in our Rotorua office.

While this role formally sits within the Commercial Team, its primary focus is to provide dedicated account administration support to the Fibre Supply Team.

This role is central to ensuring accurate and timely processing of fibre and fibre service invoices, supporting our procurement operations across multiple sites.

You will be responsible for managing accounts payable processes in SAP, reconciling deliveries, resolving supplier queries, and supporting the Wood Procurement team with key administrative tasks.

Your work will help maintain strong supplier relationships and ensure compliance with commercial terms and safety standards.

A typical day will see you

Processing and reconciling fibre and fibre service invoices across our various sites

Ensuring accurate and timely payments through SAP and maintaining invoice records

Creating fibre delivery reports and supporting month-end processes

Resolving invoice issues with suppliers and contractors, including credit / debit adjustments

Reconciling train deliveries of chip and logs to Tasman and Kinleith

Supporting the Wood Procurement team with administrative tasks

Participating in process safety routines and contributing to H&S initiatives

What will make you a great fit

You will have solid experience in accounts payable and procurement, ideally within a forest products or manufacturing environment.

Proficiency in SAP and Excel is essential, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Being organised, self-motivated, and able to work collaboratively across teams and suppliers.
