About the Role

As our Technology & Business Operations Manager, you’ll be the central connector who keeps our technology running smoothly, our operations sharp, and our clinics operating at their best. You’ll bridge people, processes, and platforms — helping make every day easier, smarter, and more efficient for our team.

What You’ll Do

Make Our Systems Sing

Maintain and optimise our practice system (Gensolve) — templates, charges, access, and more. Ensure our technology works for us and supports our goals.

Lead Seamless Acquisitions

Drive acquisition projects and integrations so new clinics transition smoothly and confidently. Manage ACC audits and maintain compliance documentation that’s organised, current, and stress-free.

Roll Out Exciting Tech

Plan and execute new system and hardware rollouts. Oversee our inventory of equipment and devices. Coordinate key internal events that strengthen connection and culture.

Keep Everyone Connected

Manage mobile accounts, digital platforms, and user access with clarity and ease.

Support Our Brand

Collaborate with our external marketing team on social media, website updates, and fresh, on‑brand content.

Lead With Heart

Support and guide our FoH Team Leaders, helping them grow, succeed, and stay aligned with business goals.

What You Bring

5+ years’ experience in technology or operations management (preferably within the healthcare industry). A degree in IT, Business, or a related field. Confidence working with cloud platforms, enterprise systems, and networks. Strong project management capability and excellent problem‑solving skills. Great communication skills and a people‑first approach. A passion for simplifying, improving, and elevating processes.
