Mall Concierge Assistant ($15 / hr) #NKC

Buona Vista MRT

9.30am–6.30pm / 12.00pm–9.00pm / 1.15pm–10.15pm

(Any 5 days per week, rotating)

$15 per hour

• Manage shopper and rewards programs
• Assist shoppers at the Concierge Desk
• Handle admin work for mall events and promotions
• Manage mall redemption programs (vouchers, premiums, parking)
• Support customer loyalty programs
• Collate tenants’ gift voucher reimbursements
• Help with mall events, especially on weekends
• Manage Lost & Found items
• Answer phone calls
• Assist with admin tasks from the Marcom Manager
• Perform other ad hoc duties as needed
