Supervisor / Senior Sales Assistant - Canterbury

Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced supervisor who is able to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets for a sought-after retailer.

As a key holder for this established retailer you will be sales driven, commercial, enthusiastic and enjoy learning more about the product and customer needs.

You will be a self-starter and enjoy delivering a personal level of service, advising customers and sharing your brand knowledge.

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.

Act as a key holder, supporting store management and opening / closing duties as required.

Engage with customers to understand needs and share product knowledge.

Sell in fashion, accessories or beauty retail environments with motivation and product enthusiasm.

Assist with store standards, merchandising and teamwork to support sales.

Work a full-time schedule that includes some weekends; initial 4 weeks with potential extension.

Qualifications

Experience working within a fashion, accessories or beauty retail environment.

Very motivated to sell and meet sales targets.

Excellent customer service skills and ability to build product knowledge.

Self-starter with the ability to deliver a personal level of service.

Availability to work full-time, including weekends (initial 4 weeks with potential extension).
