Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Coordinator located in Auckland.

The Community Coordinator will be responsible for fostering relationships, facilitating community engagement activities, organizing events, and serving as a key liaison between the organization and its community partners.

The role includes planning events, coordinating outreach programs, and supporting efforts to strengthen community ties through consistent communication.

The candidate will work collaboratively within a diverse and dynamic team to achieve strategic goals aligned with the company's values and mission.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Community Engagement and Community Outreach to build trusted connections and foster relationships with individuals and groups.

Effective communication skills for managing correspondence, facilitating discussions, and representing the organization professionally.

Proficiency in event planning and community organizing to successfully execute events and programs that align with community needs.

Experience with project management and the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities to address community concerns effectively.

A bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.

Familiarity with tools and platforms for community engagement is advantageous.
