The Role

We’re looking for an Operations Consultant to join our Hamilton-based team. In this varied role, you’ll coordinate bookings from start to finish, liaise with suppliers, prepare documentation, and support clients and frontline staff.

You’ll need to be organised, accurate, and proactive – someone who thrives on juggling multiple priorities while delivering excellent service.

What You’ll Do

Manage client bookings and prepare travel documentation
Liaise with suppliers and finalise reservations
Support sales staff with enquiries and follow-ups
Negotiate supplier rates and assist with itineraries
Ensure deadlines are met and details are accurate
