Job Description \n

We are seeking an experienced Lead Consultant – Salesforce Architect to lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture and implementation across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce products.

\n

The candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and compliant Salesforce solutions, particularly within public sector and public health environments.

\n

The role requires strong expertise in enterprise architecture, Salesforce CRM strategy, digital transformation, integration and API strategy, governance frameworks, and industry cloud compliance.

Key Responsibilities \n

\n
• Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture and implementation across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
\n
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop scalable Salesforce solutions.
\n
• Design enterprise-level Salesforce architecture, integration patterns, data models, and security frameworks.
\n
• Develop Salesforce CRM strategies aligned with business objectives and digital transformation initiatives.
\n
• Provide architectural guidance for public sector and public health solutions, including industry cloud compliance.
\n
• Define governance frameworks, architecture standards, identity strategy, and DevSecOps strategy.
\n
• Evaluate integration approaches and API strategies to ensure secure and efficient system connectivity.
\n
• Contribute to legal system transformation and GenAI service design initiatives.
\n
• Ensure Salesforce solutions comply with enterprise architecture standards, security requirements, and industry regulations.

\n
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce integration, security, governance, and architecture best practices.
