Graphic Designer - Senior Are you a senior-level Graphic Designer with great brand system experience looking to join a great agency in Wellington? This is an independent creative agency based in the heart of Wellington, working with clients across the country. Due to growth, the agency is expanding the studio team and looking for an amazing Senior Designer to lead creative design streams across campaigns, brand systems, and digital experiences, and focused on visual execution and design craft across multiple channels. Key responsibilities Lead and own creative design streams across campaigns, brand systems, spatial, digital, and social channels. Turn complex client briefs into clear, compelling, and commercially sharp visual concepts. Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, media, and account teams to elevate agency standards. Pitch and present design concepts with confidence to clients and internal stakeholders. About you 5+ years of design experience with an agency background required. Portfolio demonstrating conceptual strength, brand systems, and diverse design styles across multiple channels. Mastery of InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. Strong command of Figma and After Effects is a bonus. Ability to manage multiple high-tempo projects simultaneously. Exceptional organisational skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to work under multiple shifting deadlines.
