About the Role As our Vehicle Detailer / Presentation Specialist, you’ll play an essential role in maintaining the presentation of our vehicles, facilities and customer experience. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that every vehicle prepared for display, demonstration, servicing or delivery meets the highest possible standards of cleanliness, presentation and care. Working closely with our Sales, Service and wider Dealership Teams, you’ll help ensure that our customers enjoy an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive until the moment they drive away. This is a varied, hands-on and rewarding position that requires pride in workmanship, strong attention to detail, excellent time management and a genuine commitment to excellence. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include: Sales yard and showroom presentation – Maintaining the highest standards of vehicle presentation across our Dealership, ensuring all display vehicles are clean, polished, professionally positioned and ready to impress. New vehicle preparation – Carefully preparing brand-new vehicles for display and customer delivery, ensuring they meet our premium presentation standards. Pre-delivery valets – Completing comprehensive interior and exterior detailing of vehicles prior to customer handover, ensuring every delivery is a memorable occasion. Customer express valets – Providing efficient, high-quality express valeting services for customers visiting our Service Department, helping deliver an exceptional ownership experience. Professional vehicle detailing – Undertaking interior and exterior cleaning, polishing, paint correction and other specialist presentation services to achieve outstanding results. Graphene and ceramic coatings – Preparing vehicle surfaces and applying specialist paint protection products in accordance with manufacturer and product requirements. Showroom and display management – Assisting with vehicle movements, display arrangements and maintaining a professional, welcoming Dealership environment. Events and promotions – Supporting our Team with the preparation, transportation, setup and presentation of vehicles for promotional events, community activities and external displays. Customer hosting and assistance – Warmly welcoming customers and visitors, offering assistance and ensuring they experience the friendly, professional service that defines the Morrell Motors way. Customer transportation – Assisting with customer drop-offs and collections when required, ensuring a safe, comfortable and professional experience. Vehicle care and safety – Taking responsibility for the safe handling, movement and care of customer and Dealership vehicles at all times. Team support – Working alongside our Sales, Service and Administration Teams, assisting wherever needed to ensure our business operates efficiently and customers receive exceptional service. Continuous improvement – Taking initiative, identifying opportunities to improve presentation standards and contributing positively to the success of our Team. The following would be advantageous but are not essential: Previous experience in professional vehicle grooming, detailing or automotive presentation. Experience with machine polishing, paint correction or specialist detailing equipment. Knowledge of graphene, ceramic coatings or other automotive paint protection products. Previous experience working within a franchise Dealership or automotive environment. An understanding of premium vehicle presentation and customer service expectations.
