Due to a relocation, we are seeking anoutstanding Retail Manager to join our Store Leadership Team. This is afantastic opportunity for a passionate retail professional who enjoys beinghighly visible on the shop floor, leading people, and driving performancethrough strong leadership and operational excellence. As Retail Manager, you will lead and developTeam Leaders and team members across multiple departments while ensuringoutstanding customer service, sales growth, gross profit achievement, labourproductivity, and retail standards are consistently delivered. KeyResponsibilities You will play a pivotal role in the success ofour store by: Championing a customer-first culture anddriving exceptional service standards. Maintaining consistent retail operatingstandards and daily routines. Creating a positive, supportive, andhigh-performing team environment. Leading multiple departments and coachingTeam Leaders to achieve strong results. Driving accountability, performance, andcontinuous improvement across the store. Taking responsibility for leading thestore in the absence of the Branch Manager. About You To succeed in this role, you will bring: Proven retail leadership experience. A hands-on leadership style and passionfor spending time on the retail floor. A genuine commitment to deliveringoutstanding customer experiences. Strong planning, organisational, andproblem-solving skills. The ability to build relationships andwork effectively with teams at all levels. Exceptional coaching, mentoring, andpeople development capability. Confident communication skills and theability to drive accountability and performance. What's init for You?
