- Work life balance! We often work 48hr - 72 hr blocks per week, so you will have 4 - 5 days off per week to enjoy all of the things you love to do outside of mahi! We sometimes have shorter shifts available too 4 - 8 hrs (Working regular hours will require you to cover 1 weekend shift every 2 weeks)
- Travel to different parts of the North Island for mahi.
- Have ongoing learning opportunities.
- The office team is here to serve you, rather than the reverse.
- Tautoko - Support tangata whaiora with an mental health concern or intellectual disability to create a daily routine and establish activities.

- Have regular clinical and cultural supervision, support and opportunities to debrief when you need it.

Requirements
Must have :
Full drivers licenseLevel 4 or above Qualification in a health or youth related fieldExperience in healthcare / community sector working with rangatahi / youthYou must have your own reliable vehicle - Current warrant and registrationPeople who pass our interview process :
