When opportunity arises, we must be ready to strike before it passes. About the Role We are looking for a proactive Supply Technician to join our team at LPC. In this role you will contribute to a strong, customer-focused supply chain function that ensures the business has the right parts, materials and services, at the right time and in the right place. Working closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers, you will support purchasing, inventory and logistics activities across the business, helping to maintain stock availability, system accuracy and efficient supply processes. You will play an important role in building strong relationships across the organisation, ensuring supply decisions align with operational needs and wider business objectives. This role also supports continuous improvement across procurement and inventory processes, with a focus on reducing downtime, improving stock visibility and ensuring our systems and supply practices remain effective, efficient and commercially sound. What sets you apart You will bring experience in supply chain, procurement, warehousing or inventory environments, along with a practical, solutions-focused approach. You are confident working with systems and data, and you understand the importance of accuracy in maintaining operational performance. Strong experience in inventory, purchasing or logistics environments Sound understanding of supply chain or materials management processes High attention to detail with strong systems accuracy Strong relationship-building and communication skills A practical, customer-focused mindset with a continuous improvement approach Experience working in a maintenance, engineering, manufacturing or heavy industry environment would be an advantage, but is not essential.
