About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to join our team in a key role within Te Whatu Ora Tairawhiti. This position provides a unique chance to work closely with senior leaders and contribute to the effective delivery of services that support improved health outcomes for our community. We are seeking a personal assistant to provide dedicated support to the Group Manager Te Ara Maioha (Mental Health and addiction services), together with additional support to the Chief Medical Officer (CMO). This is a busy and varied role where no two days are the same. Youll be right at the heart of things managing diaries, coordinating meetings, pulling together reports and presentations, and ensuring the smooth day to day running of the GMs office, while also providing responsive support to the CMO. This role sits across two areas Corporate Services (Professional Leadership) and Te Ara Maioha Mental Health & Addiction Service. Based at Gisborne Hospital, youll be part of a supportive and collaborative environment, working alongside experienced leaders who are passionate about improving health outcomes in our community.
