About the Role As a Graduate Fitness Instructor & Lifeguard, you will support the day-to-day operation of our fitness and aquatic facilities while helping create a positive experience for students, staff, members, and community users. In this role, you will: Develop and support fitness programmes and exercise assessments Provide pool lifeguard supervision and support aquatic centre operations Deliver exceptional customer service and reception support Assist teaching staff with practical classes and student learning activities Support memberships, customer enquiries, and facility bookings Help maintain fitness and aquatic equipment and facilities Contribute to health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives Assist with events, orientations, and activities that enhance the student experience Support with reception when needed What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who is: Passionate about fitness, health, and wellbeing A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills Motivated, reliable, and organised Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Adaptable, positive, and willing to learn Committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all #J-18808-Ljbffr
