At Kuehne+Nagel, our contribution counts in more ways than we imagine.Due to a period of growth in our Sea Logistics Business Unit, we are now looking for a dedicated and hard-working Processes & Systems Specialist to join our Auckland based team.

Reporting to the National Sea Logistics Processes & Systems Manager, you will be responsible for managing the activities of process analysis, identifying areas of process improvement and supporting the day-to-day functions within the various KN Sea Logistics operational systems.

A component of your role will also focus on training new and existing staff members in these systems.How you create impactYour main tasks and responsibilities : To support the Customer Care, Sales and Operational Care teams through quality training and day-to-day process and systems supportTest and implement new systems and processes as directed by your ManagerTo assist the Process & Systems National Manager with various projectsTo monitor KPI's and drive high data quality, review and action plan together with stakeholdersAssist with analysing, documenting and implementing centralisation and off-shoring of servicesControl data flow and continuously improve / create EDI / API interfaces between our TMS and external sourcesReview and maintain Compliance data for Products within Sea LogisticsWhat we would like you to bringWe are looking for someone with : Experience in continuous process improvement (i.e., process mapping, data analysis)Lean Six Sigma diploma is preferredAbility to work with a variety of people from different backgrounds, levels, and business unitsSystems savvy and experience working within and understanding systems (SAP preferred), advanced MS Excel skills, data interfaces, EDI, API, SFTPCurious, solutions orientated, adaptive to change, flexible and able to bounce back from setbacksExperience within the Logistics industry is highly advantageousPlease note, as this role has regular interactions with our Corporate and Regional Teams, from time to time, you may be required to work outside of your standard working hours to align with regional / global time zones, so flexibility is required.What's in it for youAt Kuehne+Nagel, you'll be part of a global logistics leader that believes in creating real impact—on business, on customers, and on careers.
