Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced geography teacher to be head of learning for our social sciences department. The applicant should have both a commitment and an ability to teach senior geography, and the ability to teach senior History, though not essential, may be considered an advantage.

Employment Details

This is a full‑time, permanent position commencing in term 1, 2026.

The terms and conditions, including base salary, for this position is set by the relevant collective agreement. The base salary in 2026 for trained and registered teachers will range from $61,329 to $103,086, depending on the applicant’s qualifications and experience. Individual’s actual base salary will be established by a salary assessment once a role is confirmed.
