Business Performance Analyst

You'll play a key role in transforming raw accounting and operational data into clear, meaningful reporting that supports business performance.

Partnering closely with budget owners, you'll design and maintain tools, dashboards, and reports that provide visibility across the organisation. Your work will ensure leaders have the insights they need for effective decision‑making and confident business planning.

About the role

• Extract, analyse, and present financial and operational data to senior leadership team
• Identify patterns and trends in business performance to inform strategic decisions
• Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards to improve visibility across the organisation
• Ensure data integrity, deliver project‑based reporting, and provide tailored insights to the CFO and leadership team
