Job description

We're Gardner’s Gardening & Landscaping (GGL), a leading Auckland landscaping company with a reputation for quality work across Auckland.

Responsibilities :

Manage and mentor a crew, oversee site safety, and coordinate daily operations
Support daily site operations and work safely across projects
Deliver projects on time with quality results
Build strong relationships with clients and suppliers

Skills & Experience :

5+ years in landscaping (both soft and hard)

Minimum 2+ years leading a team

Excellent communication skills with clients, suppliers, and team members

Positive attitude and ability to motivate a team

Full NZ driver’s licence required (digger experience an advantage)
