Full-Time | Support for Estimator, Contracts Manager & CEO
About the Role
As our Administrator Superstar, you’ll be the go-to person for coordinating day-to-day operations, ensuring our leadership team is supported, and helping maintain strong internal communication across our team . You'll play an essential part in keeping projects moving, information flowing, and the business running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Provide proactive administrative support to the Estimator, Contracts Manager, and CEO
Assist with preparation and formatting of quotes, tenders, and reports
Manage incoming enquiries, emails, and documentation
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and calendars
Maintain accurate project and job files, ensuring compliance with company processes
Support with contract administration, job tracking, and internal communication
Prepare documentation, presentations, and updates as required
General office management and systems support
Assist the wider team with tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
You Will Bring
Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and stay calm under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (or willingness to learn)
A proactive mindset and willingness to help wherever needed
A positive, friendly, team-oriented attitude
Experience in administration or coordination roles (industry experience a bonus but not essential)
