The opportunity What you will do This role will inculde but not limited to working alongside and leading the packing team in the packing room. Delagating tasks fairly between your team Coordinating daily activities. Assisting the Treats Plant manager with daily tasks documentation and paperwork ie post operation hygiene checks, stock maintance. Operationally involved in physical packing of dried products daily, and handling of wet product from time to time to assist the wider team Packing and dispatch of orders. What we are looking for This role would be suited to someone with exparence leading a small Team in a manurfacturing environment Able to meet deadlines. Okay with early starts eg 5.00am. Confortable working with fresh offal.
