Job Description

Position Purpose Generate revenue by completing business advisory work in an accurate, timely manner following set processes and procedures to ensure the quality of work undertaken is to the required standard. Key Responsibilities Business Advisory Specific Perform general Compliance Pool duties, including: Rental investment accounts for NZ and overseas clients Preparation of income tax returns for all tax types Preparation of compliance financial accounts for all tax types Preparation of compliance letters Maintain and develop client relationships Respond to clients’ enquiries and correspondence in a professional manner Meet deliverables promised to clients Administration Timesheets completed daily Fees agreed as with Director Understand and keep up to date with changes to company processes, policies, and procedures Supports the team Assists others as required Individual profile Essential: Degree in Business majoring in accounting, CAANZ requirements met Desired: Aspiration to become a full CA Some work experience within accounting or client service roles Proficient with Microsoft Office and willing to increase software/technology capability Build and maintain positive relationships with people at all levels inside and outside the organisation Client-centric in approach with all matters Excellent written and verbal communication skills Has a high level of empathy and emotional intelligence The ability to plan, organise, and execute the workload, including completing timesheets, billing, and collections Is adaptive and willing to learn through research and constructive feedback #J-18808-Ljbffr
