With continued growth and support from Kiwi Farmers, we are seeking additional Business Development Managers in both the North and South Island . Our key markets include Dairy, Arable, Sheep & Beef Horticulture and Mixed Farming. Our range includes nitrogen, phosphate, potash, and specialty fertilisers, available in formats that suit our customers' varied application methods.

We are growing quickly! We are seeking Business Development Managers who can continue to drive growth in a competitive market through customer retention and direct-to-farmer sales. You will need to be self-reliant, able to build strong relationships with farmers and can execute reliable contracts and market presence in your area.

We are looking for people who can partner with others where appropriate in their rural network to drive sales and increase market share. There is flexibility in location. The roles come with a generous remuneration package including all the tools of trade and vehicle.

Responsibilities and requirements include :

• Customer service experience
• Experience as a business development manager
• Experience in a sales role
• A current New Zealand driver's licence
