Why you will enjoy working here: Stability – This role offers permanentfull-time employment, working 40 hours per week within our core businessdays and hours of Monday to Friday 7:00am to 5:00pm at our Auckland (Pukekohe) branch. Variety – You will coordinate serviceenquiries, workshop bookings, job scheduling, customer updates, invoicing,warranty claims and other essential workshop administration. Teamwork – You will work closely with theService Manager, technicians, customers and our Parts and Sales teams tokeep work moving efficiently and ensure service requirements are completedwithin agreed timeframes. About you: You will take pride in delivering accurate, professional andtimely service. You will be highly organised, comfortable managing competingpriorities and confident communicating with customers and colleagues at alllevels. You will need: At least two years’ experience in an administrationposition. Strong general administration and data-entryskills. Confidence using computerised processing andbusiness systems. Excellent organisational and time-managementskills. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Professional written and verbal communicationskills. The ability to prioritise a varied workload andmeet weekly and monthly deadlines. The ability to work autonomously and contribute aspart of a wider team. A customer-focused approach and a willingness totake ownership of your work. Flexibility to take on new or changing tasks whenrequired. Experience in a workshop or agricultural environment, alongwith bookkeeping knowledge, would be an advantage.
