Mō te Tūranga | About the Role Providing specialist advice and support across remuneration mangement, job evaluation, employee benefits, performance frameworks, benchmarketing and reward programmes. Providing remuneration analysis and reporting Partnering with internal stakeholders to provide expert remuneration advice Leveraging approved technolgies and AI tools to improve efficiency and insights while maintaining strong data privacy practices Supporting incentive schemes and reward progammes Mōu | About You You'll bring experience in remuneration, rewards, benefits or performance management.
