Job Description As the Trading Manager, you’ll play a key role in our customers in store experience. You’ll lead everything shopfloor and stockroom related ensuring our store is well-presented, and ready to serve the needs of our local community. Working as part of the store leadership team and reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll: Deliver the trading plan, ensuring seasonal stock and key promotions are being rotated to the front of store and displayed correctly Follow planograms and keep merchandising standards high Ensure excellent merchandising, availability and pricing integrity standards Recruit, coach and develop your team Be the example when it comes to health and safety and audit standards Keep the stockroom organized and stock rotated and stored in appropriate locations to setup the night fill team for success. From seasonal promotions to everyday essentials, you will be key in ensuring customers can find great value throughout Warehouse Country. Note for this position you must have valid right to work in New Zealand at the time of applying. Hours Of Work Sunday - 7am - 4:30pm Monday - 12pm - 9:30pm Tuesday - 8am - 5:30pm Wednesday - 8am - 5:30pm Thursday - 5:30am - 3pm Qualifications We’re looking for an ambitious and capable leader who can confidently interpret and execute plans, communicate effectively and motivate others.
