We're looking for an experienced HSE Business Partner to join our New Zealand HSE team based at Wiri and partner closely with ouroperations. This is an opportunity to make a genuine impact by influencingleaders, strengthening safety culture, and driving continuous improvementacross a busy manufacturing environment. About the role Reporting to the HSE Manager NZ, you will be a trustedadvisor to site leaders, providing expert health, safety and environmentalguidance while coaching teams to build capability, reduce risk and improveperformance. You'll play a critical role in embedding best practice HSEsystems, fostering a proactive safety culture, and ensuring compliance with NewZealand legislation and company standards. Key responsibilities Partnerwith operational leaders to enhance safety leadership and accountability. Coachand support teams to implement HSE programmes and risk reductioninitiatives. Collaboratewith incident investigations and ensure robust corrective actions areimplemented. Drivecontinuous improvement through audits, self-assessments and actionplanning. Deliverand facilitate HSE training programmes across the site. Monitorand analyse injury, incident and safety performance data to identifytrends and opportunities. Supportinjury management and return-to-work programmes. Ensurecompliance with HSE legislation, standards, policies and procedures. Contributeto environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives. Promoteand embed Tip Top's safety culture. What you'll bring To be successful in this role, you'll have: ADiploma or equivalent qualification in Health, Safety & Environment(or related field)- NEBOSH, or relevant degree also welcomed Minimum3 to 5 years' experience in a Health, Safety and Environment role. Strongworking knowledge of New Zealand HSE legislation and regulatoryrequirements. Experiencewithin manufacturing, food production, FMCG or a similarly complexoperational environment. Provenability to coach and influence leaders at all levels. Stronginvestigation, risk management and auditing experience. Excellentfacilitation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Stronganalytical and problem-solving abilities. Acollaborative, pragmatic and solutions-focused approach.
