About the Role Our client, a respected complementary therapy clinic in Queenstown , is seeking a qualified and compassionate On-Site Reflexologist . You will provide specialized reflexology treatments to help clients manage stress, improve circulation, and promote overall relaxation and well-being. This role requires a deep understanding of reflex points and their corresponding effects on the body, combined with excellent client care skills. You will work within a supportive clinic environment alongside other therapists, contributing to a holistic approach to client health and recovery, and building a dedicated client base within the local community. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive reflexology sessions, applying pressure techniques to specific points on the feet, hands, and ears. Conduct client consultations to understand their health concerns, medical history, and treatment goals. Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs and expected outcomes. Educate clients on the benefits of reflexology and provide guidance on self-care practices between sessions. Maintain a clean, calm, and therapeutic treatment space, adhering to all hygiene and safety protocols. Accurately record client session notes, progress, and treatment details in the clinic's system. Requirements Certified Reflexologist with recognized training and qualifications. Proven experience in providing professional reflexology treatments. Thorough knowledge of reflexology zones, techniques, and their physiological effects. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a gentle and reassuring demeanor. Ability to manage appointments and maintain client confidentiality. Commitment to maintaining professional development and staying updated on best practices.
