We are looking for four Customer Service Representatives to join our team on a 3-month fixed-term contract and help us through our busy Christmas period! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone starting their career or looking to gain valuable experience in financial services. You will work with customers, develop your communication and negotiation skills, and play an important role in helping people get back on track with their finances. You'll be supported by an experienced team in an environment that encourages learning and development. About you: Recent graduate or someone looking to start their professional career Open to students looking for work during their university break Strong verbal and written communication skills Confidence speaking with people and building positive relationships Well organised with good time management skills Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping abilities Comfortable using computers and learning new systems Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow Customer service, retail, hospitality, administration, or contact centre experience is advantageous but not essential On a daily basis you will: Connect with customers via phone, email, and SMS Help customers find suitable repayment solutions Follow up on payment arrangements and commitments Maintain accurate customer records and account notes Deliver positive customer experiences while achieving outcomes Work closely with the wider Credit Recoveries team Learn about financial services, compliance, and responsible lending practices Why us?
