You’ll deliver core operational support while getting hands‑on exposure to advisory work, working alongside experienced professionals who are eager to help you grow. Key Responsibilities Provide initial guidance to line managers on HR processes, policies, and standard employee queries. Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and off‑boarding administration. Support employee relations processes, including contract preparation and meeting coordination. Maintain accurate HRIS systems, employee records, and reporting. Assist the broader HR team with operational projects as needed. What You Bring Experience: 1-2+ years in an HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, or entry‑level HR Advisor role. Knowledge: Familiarity with basic NZ employment legislation and generalist HR processes. Mindset: Proactive, organized, and eager to learn, with a high level of discretion. Communication: Clear verbal and written skills with a customer‑focused approach. Why Apply?
