About the Role Our client is looking for a highly experienced and strategic Senior Information Security Consultant to join their growing practice based in Queenstown . In this client-facing role, you will provide expert advice and solutions to organizations seeking to enhance their cybersecurity posture. You will lead assessments, design security frameworks, and guide clients through complex security challenges. This on-site position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, solving critical security issues and driving significant improvements in their defense capabilities. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive information security assessments, including vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and risk analyses for clients. Develop and present strategic recommendations for improving clients' security posture, policies, and procedures. Design and architect robust security solutions tailored to client needs, encompassing network security, endpoint security, and cloud security. Lead and manage security implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. Provide expert guidance and mentorship to client teams on security best practices and emerging threats. Stay current with the latest cybersecurity trends, technologies, and regulatory landscapes to provide cutting-edge advice. Requirements Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in information security consulting or a similar client-facing security role. Proven expertise in multiple security domains, including network security, cloud security, and application security. Strong understanding of risk management frameworks, security standards (ISO 27001, NIST), and compliance requirements. Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
