This is a trustedleadership role that blends hands-on customer service with additionalresponsibility for the smooth running of the store. You’ll lead shifts, coachothers, and ensure every customer has an Every Day Great Experience (EDGE). Hours& Location Hours: 25.25 hours per week (Monday: 10:00-18:00, Wednesday: 10:00-18:15, Friday: 12:00-17:00, Sunday: 10:00-16:00) WhatYou’ll Deliver in This Role Customer Experience & Sales: You’ll deliver exceptional customerservice every shift, greeting and assisting customers, resolving queries, andpromoting add-on sales. You’ll also role model great service for the team,coaching and supporting in the moment as needed. Store Operations & Standards: You’ll be responsible for opening andclosing the store, maintaining security, and ensuring the store is clean,well-presented, and safe. This includes merchandising, stock presentation, cashhandling, and compliance with health and safety procedures. Leadership & Shift Management: You’ll lead shifts on the floor,allocating tasks, managing breaks, supporting decision-making, and helping theteam achieve sales targets and KPIs. Team Development & Support: You’ll coach Sales Assistants, supportnew team members, embed best practices, recognise great performance, andescalate any concerns to the Store Manager or Assistant Manager. Problem Solving & Issue Resolution: You’ll handle customerescalations and operational challenges, ensuring issues are resolved promptlyand efficiently.
