What you’ll lead: Full store performance: sales, labour, inventory, and cost control Identify trends and guide activity that improves results in your stores A high-performing team through coaching, recognition, and development Creating a consistent Starbucks Experience for partners and customers A store environment that is safe, clean, welcoming, and brand-aligned Effective staffing, scheduling, and daily operational planning Building high-performing teams that consistently deliver premium experiences. Creating a culture of accountability, care, and excellence Driving consistency in execution and service delivery Driving strong customer and business outcomes Ensuring every visit is worth choosing and returning for What you’ll bring: 3+ years retail or hospitality experience, including 2+ years in leadership Strong communication and people-development skills A love for creating exceptional customer experiences Confidence in decision-making, organisation, and problem-solving Ability to inspire a team, celebrate wins, and lead through challenges Why Starbucks NZ?
