Structural Steel Fabricator We’re looking for experienced Structural Steel Fabricators to join a well-established engineering company in Wellington. This is a hands‑on workshop role suited to fabricators who are confident working from engineering drawings and producing structural steel components accurately from start to finish. The Role You’ll be working across a range of structural steel projects in a busy engineering workshop, with plenty of ongoing work available. Your day‑to‑day will include: Fabricating structural steel components and assemblies Reading and interpreting engineering and fabrication drawings Measuring, marking out, cutting and fitting steel Working with beams, columns, frames and structural sections Setting up and assembling components accurately Checking measurements and finished work against drawings Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and safety What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Structural Steel Fabricator Strong ability to read and work from engineering drawings Confident measuring, marking out, cutting, fitting and assembling Experience working with structural steel sections Ability to work accurately with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship Reliable with a good work ethic Valid NZ working rights What’s on Offer Minimum 40 hours per week Regular overtime opportunities Consistent, long‑term work Weekly pay Opportunity to move into a permanent position Established and supportive engineering team Variety of structural steel projects If you’re an experienced Structural Steel Fabricator looking for your next opportunity in Wellington, I’d be keen to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
