Are you an experienced and compassionate Vet Nurse looking for a role that will offer you variety in your day? Look no further, our well established, Palmerston North clinics are seeking a casual vet nurse to become an integral part of our team. We are a group of two stand alone clinics and one colocation, located in the beautiful city of Palmerston North. Our two standalone clinics are a short walk from the beautiful Manawatu river, which is a lovely place to enjoy a midday walk and some lunch. All three clinics are surrounded by a range of tempting lunch options, including bakeries, a supermarket, and takeaways. We operate in a collaborative nature, providing a high standard of care to the patients that come through our doors. We have a welcoming environment and a great culture which spans across our different locations. All three clinics have in house bloods, dental x-rays, and experienced team members. our Rangitikei Street clinic has a clinician/veterinarian with a special interest in orthopaedics, and we do a range of routine procedures at each clinic. About You: Your qualifications, caring nature and love of animals are essential to your success in this role. In addition, these qualities are important to us: A recognised Diploma in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent qualification Proficient in all-round clinical and surgical nursing with at least one year’s experience working as a vet nurse Customer service experience, and you work well in a team Computer skills and don’t mind learning new technology You’re passionate about the veterinary industry and high standards of patient care What we’re offering: Fun, friendly and knowledgeable teams, who really care about each other.
