Dispatch & Inwards Team Lead– Avondale $32 + per hour | Ongoing Temp Role | Immediate Start | 3PL Environment
\n You’re the person who keeps a warehouse humming — the one who can walk in, take stock of what’s happening, and get everything and everyone running properly . If that sounds like you, this temp role in Avondale is a strong fit.
About the Role This is an ongoing temp assignment (through to Christmas, possibly longer) for a hands-on Dispatch & Inwards Team lead who can lead a small team, tidy up processes, and bring structure to a busy 3PL operation.
\n You’ll oversee inwards goods, dispatch, inventory flow , and ensure the warehouse is operating efficiently and accurately, making sure all the numbers match up
What You’ll Be Doing

    \n
  • Running inwards goods and dispatch end-to-end
    • \n
  • Leading and motivating a small warehouse team
    • \n
  • Ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time
    • \n
  • Improving workflow, structure, and daily routines
    • \n
  • Using WMS and SAP confidently
    • \n
  • Working within a 3PL environment with multiple clients
    • \n
  • Keeping the warehouse organised, safe, and moving smoothly
    • \n
  • Forklift cert and experience are a plus
    • \n

What You’ll Bring \n

    \n
  • Strong experience in dispatch, inwards goods, or warehouse coordination
    • \n
  • Proven ability to lead a team and lift performance
    • \n
  • Solid WMS and SAP experience
    • \n
  • Background in 3PL or fast-paced warehousing
    • \n
  • Someone who can step in and get things running properly
    • \n
  • 3+ years experience
    • \n
  • Available for an immediate start
    • \n

  • Location: Avondale
    • \n
  • Pay: $30–$35 per hour (depending on experience)
    • \n
  • Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday
    • \n
  • Type: Temp role with no set end date
    • \n
  • Start: ASAP
    • \n

You need the right to work on an ongoing basis in NZ\n
\nYou need to be available asap\n
\nYou must have warehouse referees who can tell us about your skills!\n
