Role summary This Senior Quantity Surveyor role sits within a busy infrastructure team, providing cost management and commercial advice across a diverse pipeline of infrastructure projects. You'll take ownership of your own portfolio while working closely with project directors, giving you real influence over how projects are costed, tendered and delivered. Key responsibilities Manage cost planning and cost control across infrastructure projects Prepare tender documentation and lead procurement processes Assess and negotiate variations, claims and progress payments Provide commercial advice to project teams and clients Prepare cost reports and forecasts for senior stakeholders Support contract administration under NZS3910 and similar forms Mentor and support junior quantity surveying staff Contribute to business development and client relationship management Key skills & experience required Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying NZIQS membership (or working towards) preferred and/or MRICS Proven NZ experience in the infrastructure sector Strong knowledge of NZS3910 and other standard contract forms Confident managing tenders, variations and cost reporting end-to-end Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Proficiency with cost management software and MS Excel #J-18808-Ljbffr
