Bidfood has a great opportunity for a permanent position in our warehouse team based at our distribution centre in Islington, Christchurch. We are looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse All-Rounder to join our day shift team. This is a hands-on role offering variety across all areas of our warehouse operation. Days of Work: Monday to Friday and every second Saturday Hours to be confirmed About the Role As a Warehouse All-Rounder, you will work across all three warehouse environments: Dry Store This role requires a team player who is comfortable working in varying temperatures and can support multiple functions within the warehouse. Key Responsibilities Replenishing stock locations to ensure product availability Assisting with stock movement throughout the warehouse Working across freezer, chiller, and dry store areas Supporting the Inwards Goods team with receipting and put-away of stock Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently Operating forklifts safely and efficiently Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment Following all health and safety procedures What We're Looking For Current forklift licence ( essential ) Previous warehouse experience preferred Ability to work in freezer, chiller, and dry store environments Good attention to detail and accuracy Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Good level of physical fitness Commitment to workplace health and safety What We Offer Overtime opportunities available Weekly pay Supportive team environment Variety in your day with work across multiple warehouse functions Opportunities to develop skills across multiple warehouse functions and environments Staff product discounts after 3 months of employment Free on-site parking PPE and freezer gear provided If you are a dependable, hardworking individual with a forklift licence and enjoy a fast-paced warehouse environment, we'd love to hear from you.
