Support Services Leader - Part time - Whakatane Are you ready for a role that keeps you on your toes and allows you to hone a variety of skills? We are currently seeking a Support Services Leader to take charge of our bustling Whakatane store office. As the vital point of contact for managers, team members, and customers, your role will be integral to the smooth operation of our store. What an average day in the office looks like: Identifying training needs and providing coaching and training to team members Providing feedback on performance to store management Preparing employee contracts Ensuring all office functions are completed accurately and in a timely manner What we are looking for in our ideal candidate: A minimum of 3 years office administration experience is essential Payroll experience is required, with exposure to DataTime an advantage Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must This is a Part Time role which will involve working Thursday 0800 to 1430 & Sundays 0900 to 1530. While office experience is preferred, we welcome quick learners who are ready to embrace a unique and challenging role.
